How to Request Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and remove all data associated with your profile (including phone number, name, and access logs), please follow the steps below:

Send an email to: wellnocsolutions@gmail.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

In your email, please include:

The registered phone number associated with your account.
The business name you were associated with.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request:

We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.
Your Firebase Authentication profile will be permanently deleted.
All personal identifiers associated with your logs will be removed.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete (typically within 48-72 hours).

Note: Some operational data (like past vehicle activity logs) may be retained in an anonymized format for business record-keeping purposes as required by local regulations, but it will no longer be linked to your identity.
