This application is a fleet management tool for registered businesses. By logging in, you represent that you are an authorized employee, contractor, or manager of a registered business on the platform and agree to these terms.
You may only use this application for official business purposes related to your registered organization. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to accessing data you are not permitted to see or attempting to circumvent security features, is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the phone number used for OTP authentication. You agree to notify your organization's administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they input into the system (e.g., work logs, hours, expenses). Intentionally entering false data is a violation of company policy.
The application, including its design, code, and the data contained within it, is the property of Earth Movers Pro and its developers (Wellnoc Global LLP). No part of this application may be reproduced or redistributed without prior written consent.

Earth Movers Pro reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the application at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to the business.
